When I became interested in the new habit of making smoothies, I quickly discovered that the Avocado-Mango-Smoothie is my all time favourite. This Smoothie boosts my energy level very quickly and on top of it tastes very delicious. This smoothie is easy to make in under 5 minutes and it keeps me full until lunch time, thanks to the extra dose of vitamin and protein. I try to make one of these healthy smoothies every morning.   In a blender, mix the following for a big serving: – 1 ripe Avocado – 1 ripe Mango - 1 squeezed Lemon – 1 tbsp of honey (optional) – 300 ml of Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk if you prefer) Enjoy your Smoothie!
